How to reach MakerRadar — a one-person project — about a listing, a correction, or a product suggestion.

Who You Are Reaching

MakerRadar is one person. There is no company behind it, no team, and no support desk — the same person who checks and edits the listings answers the mail.

Two consequences are worth stating plainly: replies can take a few days, and anything that needs real checking takes longer than a one-line answer. If a message sits unanswered for a while, it is queued behind that week's issue, not ignored. Thank you for the patience.

Suggest a Product

There is no public submission form. Products come from the conversations under my posts on X — friends and other makers sharing what they built or what they use — so the most effective way to suggest one is to reply to a post with the link and one sentence about what it does. That is the thread I read when assembling the next issue.

Email works too (subject: Product suggestion). A useful suggestion includes the product's URL, what it does and who it is for, and whether it is free, paid, or open source.

Sending a product does not guarantee a listing, and a listing does not guarantee a weekly pick. The About page explains both decisions; the editorial guidelines list the inclusion rules.

Report a Problem

If a listing has an inaccurate description, a dead website link, or looks like a duplicate, open the product's page and use the Report a problem link in the sidebar. Tell me what is wrong and, if you can, the correct information. The page is updated in place rather than deleted, so the next reader sees the correction.

Feedback and Questions

Reply to any Weekly Picks post on X (@tianqiu9390) or email hi@makerradar.fyi. Everything is read, even when an answer is slow.

A Note on Timing

This is a side project with human review. Corrections to an existing listing usually come first; new product suggestions are read in batches when the next issue is assembled. No response time is promised, but nothing is auto-ignored.
