What It Does

Big Vik Claw is a desktop app built around a split personality. Vik is the development side: it reads repositories, runs tools, manages files and calls community MCP servers. Viki is the publishing side: it researches crypto, writes posts and schedules them across more than fifteen networks, including X, Telegram, Discord, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Farcaster and Nostr. Both personas live in the same shell, switch with a click, and use model keys you supply — Claude, OpenAI, DeepSeek, xAI or a local Ollama model.

The integration story is broader than a chat window. One-click OAuth connectors cover Google (Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), GitHub, Slack, Notion, Figma and Spotify; the app is an MCP client for community servers and also an MCP server itself, so Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor or Zed can call Vik's tools through one config line (`npx -y @fizznetwork/vik-mcp-server`). Agent tiles let you drag a system prompt onto a task, and scheduled posts can run up to 90 days out.

The privacy page is unusually absolute. The app runs no servers that process your data, model calls go directly from your machine to the provider you configured, OAuth tokens and API keys sit in a local vault, and there is no telemetry, analytics or home-call ping. It is a beta from a solo developer: installers for Windows, macOS and Linux are published with signed builds, a seven-day trial starts on first launch, and an unlock code continues use after that. Neither the unlock price nor any subscription price is shown on the site.

Privacy and Data Handling

The policy states that the app operates no servers processing user data, that model calls go directly from the device to the configured provider, that OAuth tokens and credentials are stored locally in the app vault, and that there is no telemetry, analytics endpoint or home-call ping. It also states that API keys are never transmitted, conversations are never logged or shared, and no account on the vendor's servers exists.

Strengths and Limitations

Strengths

The local-first architecture is stated in specific terms — no relay for model calls, keys in a local vault, no telemetry — and the MCP server means the same tools can be used from other clients.

Limitations

It is a beta with rough edges by its own admission, the social-posting screenshots on the site are still placeholders, and the unlock price is not disclosed.
