A control plane for autonomous AI agents: every consequential action passes identity, policy and human approval, with a signed receipt.
Harmony
A local multi-agent layer that lets your AI coding agents share one task board and hand work to each other across providers.

What It Does
Harmony is a desktop app that runs the coding agents you already pay for side by side. It orchestrates Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok, Kimi, Gemini, Devin, OpenCode and any custom CLI in one workspace, with a real terminal behind each tab, and keeps them pointed at a single task list — so work finished by one agent can be picked up by another across providers.
Control is offered through the app, an MCP connection and a CLI. Anything the tool considers risky waits for your approval by default, and new agents need to be added before they run. Status is reported as observed rather than asserted, so a tab shows what Harmony can actually see the agent doing.
The app itself runs on your machine, described on the site as the boundary: telemetry requires consent and project data stays local unless you add the optional Harmony Pro cloud hosting. Installers cover macOS, Linux and Windows through a one-line script whose downloads are SHA-256 verified, and the site publishes the current stable version and changelog date.

Privacy and Data Handling
The site states that Harmony runs on your own machine, that analytics telemetry requires consent, and that project data stays inside that boundary unless you opt into cloud hosting.
Strengths and Limitations
Strengths
Provider-agnostic rather than tied to one vendor's agent, and the local-first default plus approval gates make the trust model explicit in the docs.
Limitations
It is a desktop app — the site lists macOS, Linux and Windows installers and no browser-only way to run it.
