What It Does
MathPal is a screen-first math solver. You click the icon, drag a box around a problem wherever it appears, and the full solution is streamed into a side panel next to the page you were already on, with math properly typeset — no retyping and no separate upload. Because the input is a screen selection rather than a file, it handles text, images and badly photographed scans alike.
The supported surfaces are listed explicitly: PDFs opened in Chrome's viewer, Google Classroom assignments and attachments, photos and scans including handwritten work, and any website such as homework sites, forums or docs. Chrome's own internal pages — settings, the web store, new tab — are named as the exception. Solutions are kept in a history you can return to, and a web app version is linked from the site.
The extension is free to add and can be used to start without an account, with a pricing page for the paid tier. The site presents it as featured on the Chrome Web Store and shows a step-by-step how-it-works page, reviews and an FAQ.

Strengths and Limitations
Strengths
Selecting from the screen removes the retyping step that makes other solvers slow, and the output is a worked solution rather than a bare answer.
Limitations
Chrome-only, and it cannot capture on Chrome's internal pages such as settings, the web store or a new tab.
